RFID Readers, Tags and Hardware

We are proud to be an official partner of RFID, Inc.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a cutting-edge technology that uses radio waves to identify and track tags attached to objects automatically. These tags store important data, which an RFID reader can easily read. RFID, Inc. is one of the most renowned names in RFID manufacturing globally, serving a wide range of industries and sectors with innovative solutions.

Key Solutions with RFID technology

RFID Tag

RFID tags and labels come in various options, including disposable labels and durable high-temperature tags. Some feature temperature sensors that send environmental data to the reader. RFID tags are either passive, without batteries and powered by the reader’s signal, or active, with their own batteries. We offer a wide range of both active and passive RFID tags and labels to meet your needs.

RFID Reader

The RFID reader emits radio waves to detect and retrieve data from RFID tags, making the technology both efficient and seamless. It features R3-2 interfaces designed to manage up to 32 networked smart readers on a single trunk line. This setup supports various communication protocols, including Allen Bradley’s Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Siemens Profibus and PROFINET, Modicon Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP, CANopen, as well as USB, Serial, and TCP/IP Ethernet.

Antennas

RFID antennas can be either separate from the RFID reader or built into it. They come in different sizes, from smaller than a pencil eraser to as large as one square meter. Low-frequency (LF) and ultra-high-frequency (UHF) antennas are made for specific frequencies and emit signals in a focused area. To communicate effectively, the RFID antenna and the RFID tag must be aligned correctly with each other.

RFID, Inc. manufactures a variety of RFID products across four frequency ranges, covering read distances from as close as 1mm to an impressive 2,000 feet. Whether you need long-range tracking, small-scale applications, or industrial-grade solutions, RFID, Inc. has a product that suits your needs

RFID tags and RFID readers are used across numerous industries, often in ways that go unnoticed by end users. From agriculture to automation and automotive to medical applications, RFID technology is revolutionizing processes and improving efficiency. Its versatility makes it an indispensable tool in sectors ranging from mining to logistics and beyond.
